Background Cynthia C. Harris has been working in the real estate business since 1978 and in areas related to real estate valuation and Eminent Domain since 1994. She obtained her Associates degree and was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Banking & Finance) from the University of Florida. Prior to her employment with Richard Harris & Associates, she worked for a commercial real estate broker / developer, Ceraolo Realty, in Clearwater, Florida. She has considerable experience in the area of real estate, including real estate transactions, market research and valuation analysis of various property types. She has also assisted in the preparation for numerous mediations & trials for properties involved in Eminent Domain and litigation.
