Working in Commercial Real Estate and Construction Since 1978, Richard L. Harris, GAA, has extensive real estate appraisal, valuation, brokerage and construction experience. He has completed numerous valuations of various property types throughout Florida, including appraisals for Eminent Domain and other litigation purposes. Mr. Harris has been qualified as a Real Estate Expert in various Courts throughout Florida. Company services include valuations and appraisals, real estate representation and brokerage, property selection and acquisitions, tenant & business relocations, investment services for select clients, and related real estate consulting services.
